Rachael Joiner

Rachael started her real estate career in 2007 as a part time Residential Real Estate Appraiser, while working her primary career as the Director of Education at a prominent college in downtown Chicago. In 2014, she decided to step away from her career in formal education to focus on and enhance her real estate career. 

Rachael became a Real Estate Agent and got to work, putting her background and experience to use in her community by educating clients on the many different options and programs available for home ownership. In 2023, she took it a step further and added Mortgage Loan Originator to her real estate portfolio. Although she works primarily as a real estate agent, having the knowledge, resources and inside scoop as a loan officer allows her to better assist clients.

Rachael is very much a straight shooter, who actively listens to your goals and gives you a thorough look into what it takes to reach them. Together, we develop a plan of attack.
